Schedule Details

DAY 1

The journey commences with a pick-up from Dehradun railway station, followed by an 8-9 hours' drive to Sankri (1920 meters).

DAY 2

From Sankri, a 38 km drive takes you to Kasla, from where the trek begins. The day’s trek covers a distance of 5 km to Rala Thach via Fhitari village, taking approximately 3-4 hours.

DAY 3

Trekking from Rala to Devbasa spans 8 km and takes 4-5 hours, reaching an altitude of 3650 meters.

DAY 4

The trek from Devbasa to Baraadsar Lake covers 7 km and takes 4-5 hours, reaching an elevation of 4300 meters.

DAY 5

Trekking from Baraadsar Lake to Gulgaar/Manjivan covers 7 km in 4-5 hours, reaching an altitude of 4500 meters.

DAY 6

The trek from Manjivan to Panch Odari covers 6 km in 3-4 hours, reaching an elevation of 4678 meters.

DAY 7

Trekking from Panch Odari to Ghatadi Gad spans 7 km in 4-5 hours, reaching an altitude of 4770 meters.

DAY 8

The trek from Ghatadi Gad to Nalgan Pass (4978 m) is the pinnacle of the adventure. From there, the trek continues to Sangla Kanda, covering 12 km in 6-7 hours.
